The situation

Field engineers recorded readings on paper forms, then typed them into a desktop system hours later. Data was late and full of errors.

What we built

• An offline-first app that queues sensor snapshots and syncs the moment connectivity returns.
• GPS-tagged photo inspections that auto-attach to the nearest asset on the map.
• A supervisor dashboard with live progress and anomaly flags, updated as crews sync.
