Detail is the strategy

Users cannot audit your architecture. They can only feel it.
- Motion timing. 120–240ms with a real easing curve. Anything linear reads as cheap.
- Empty states. The first screen a new user sees is usually the one nobody designed.
- Loading. Never a spinner where a skeleton would do.
- Error copy. Say what happened and what to do next. Nothing else.
- Focus states. Keyboard users notice instantly who cared.
- Type scale. Two sizes too many is worse than one size too few.
- Optimistic writes. Latency you hide is latency that does not exist.
- Consistency of radius and spacing. The cheapest luxury signal in software.
None of these are big. All of them are the product.
